We all know that Karan Johar and Ekta Kapoor are co-producing a film with Emraan Hashmi in the lead. Kareena Kapoor was the first choice to play the female lead.
But Kareena backed out, and Deepika took her place. This could have been due to Ram Leela, and the fact that Kareena was a choice for the lead in that one too.
But in a twist of fate, Sanjay Leela Bhansali settled with Deepika for Ram Leela, and now we hear from Times of India's sources that Kareena is back into the yet untitled project.
