My Experience with Balea Q10 Anti-Wrinkle Protective Day Cream with SPF 15:
The day cream comes in a cardboard box. Inside the box, the day cream sits perfectly. The cream comes in a sealed glass bottle with an off-white large screw cap. Due to the glass, the jar feels a bit heavy but other than this, it is travel-friendly. The mouth of the pot is big and you can scoop out the cream for usage. However, since it is a jar packaging, it can be a little unhygienic, so I prefer using clean hands or a spatula to pick the cream for daily use.
The cream is rich, thick and has a light yellow color. The smell is very pleasant, a bit floral. The cream can be spread easily and it gets absorbed completely into the skin. The cream does leave a greasy residue like a cold cream. I am not a fan of this, and as I already have oily T-zone, this cream makes the situation worse. The cream due to its rich consistency, it would make a good winter product. However, for the summers, I think you can give it a skip because if you sweat, it makes the face look very bad with its flowy greasy formula. I also skip the cream before going to work out. If you have very dry skin too, you can give this product a try.
The cream has to be used sparingly as required if not, there can chances that it leaves a white cast behind. As soon as I apply it, the skin looks supple and soft. Even though there is an oily feeling, the skin feels intensively moisturized and nourished. The cream moisturizes my face for more than 8 hours. I have never reapplied this cream in a day. The cream completely covers up the dry spots on the face. The cream contains Q10 with omega complex, and thus, helps the cells to regenerate.
Over the use, along with the eye cream, I have noticed that the skin is very smooth and the fines lines are indeed disappearing. However, it doesn’t work on deeper wrinkles. The cream also tones the skin and re-energizes the skin to give it a healthy, soft glow. It doesn’t help in eliminating spots. The cream also contains SPF 15 which is an added benefit, and thus, you can skip the sunscreen when you are at home. The cream, due to its greasy nature, did cause me a pimple but, it didn’t pop out and disappeared itself within 2 days.
Overall, for the price, the product is a complete steal. I absolutely love it. Due to summers, I might not use it as a day cream now but have been using it as a night cream. I am happy that Balea has some amazing products and if you are looking for budget buys, this brand is worth a try!
