A Healthy Bloomer Recipe











A healthy option that would work for any meal and takes amazing. You can switch up the toppings for anything you would prefer. In todays post I a going to show you how to prepare and avocado and tomato, it's a super easy recipe that is well balanced and will keep you going.

Ingredients

1/2 Avocado
4 Baby Tomatoes
! Slice of Wheat/Wholemeal Bloomer

Method

1. Begin by putting your bread into the toaster.
2. Once that is toasting, prepare your avocado. Slice it down the centre, twist and remove the seed. Taking one half scour  down the slice to create cubes, this makes it easier to mash. Then take a spoon and scoop out the avocado into a separate bowl.
3. Take a fork and mash the avocado until it's to the consistency you want.
4. Next slice your tomatoes into halves or quarters.
5. When the bread is toasted spread on the avocado thickly and top off with the tomatoes.
6. Add a side of your preferred fruit, mine is blueberries.

As you can see this is a such a simple recipe that anyone can do and yet it's super healthy and gives you a well balanced meal for breakfast or lunch.
